What we did

Blood, Sweat & 11 Years— an exhibition that celebrated the 11th anniversary of Build, a creative design studio based in London. The show took place during London Design Festival in 2012. Aldworth James & Bond were asked to construct a multi-functional table for the exhibition space, which was designed by architecture practice Studio Octopi.

The nesting table consisted of nine constituent parts— the ‘mother’ table, four medium sized benches and four further seating benches. Each part was made from stained plywood, and scored with a v-groove, which provided a continuous link to each element. It was a hugely enjoyable project and a truly successful collaboration.
