Aldworth James & Bond recently completed the interior fit out of a new Japanese restaurant in east London neighbourhood Dalston. Working with architect Giles Reid, the scope of our work included construction of a pitched feature ceiling, installing a sycamore bar top, as well as a service area, flooring throughout, shelving and furniture.

At the rear of the restaurant we installed a sliding Valchromat door to conceal the restroom, as well as the full decoration of the interior and exterior. Opening in late 2015, Jidori has proved a popular eating spot— and we would highly recommend a visit.
