What we did

Aldworth James & Bond was honoured to work with architect Pernilla Ohrstedt to deliver Topshop Unique’s S/S14 catwalk and show space in Regents Park during London Fashion Week. AJ&B was brought on board to build the walkways, bar and café space, and the signage for the event. The walkways were inspired by Ohrstedt’s native Sweden where raised walkways are used to cross boggy marshes.

The bar was made from a whole sawn trunk of Douglas Fir stacked to resemble the form of timber traditionally dried in lumber yards. A huge mirrored display screen positioned next to the bar reflected the surrounding greenery of Regents Park, bringing the outside inside.
